Vi hjälper er med värdering av bohag genom noggrant utvalda och erfarna samarbetspartners, såsom auktionshus, värderingsmän och specialister inom olika föremålsområden. Vårt fokus är att varje föremål tas om hand med respekt – och att inget av värde förbises.
För att göra processen så smidig som möjligt erbjuder vi flera flexibla sätt att genomföra värderingen. Det kan ske via videosamtal, genom att vi fotograferar och sammanställer underlag, genom ett personligt besök i bostaden eller genom att vi transporterar utvalda föremål till aktuell aktör. Självklart ansvarar vi för hela samordningen – från bokning till genomförande – så att ni slipper hantera flera kontakter i en redan påfrestande tid.
Vi arbetar strukturerat och noggrant i varje steg, där vi även tar hänsyn till marknadsvärde, efterfrågan och möjlig försäljning via auktion eller direktförsäljning. Målet är att skapa en trygg, transparent och effektiv process som ger er bästa möjliga överblick och utfall.
Kvarvarande och brukbara möbler, husgeråd och personliga föremål som inte ska behållas eller säljas skänks vidare till ideella organisationer såsom Erikshjälpen, Stadsmissionen och Röda Korset. På så sätt kommer föremål till nytta för andra samt bidrar till en hållbar och meningsfull samhällsnytta.
Som en del av vårt ansvarstagande avsätter Ave Dödsbohantering även en del av sin vinst till organisationer som arbetar med psykisk ohälsa såsom MIND och OCD Förbundet.
Vi har ett särskilt engagemang för situationer där hem präglas av samlarsyndrom (hoarding disorder) – där vi möter varje uppdrag med extra förståelse, värdighet och respekt för både individ och miljö.
