Med stark miljömedvetenhet och ett högt kvalitetsfokus genomsyras hela vårt arbete av ansvar, struktur och noggrannhet. Vi arbetar enligt samma principer som etablerade kvalitet- och miljöledningssystem, såsom ISO 9001 (kvalitet) och ISO 14001 (miljö), samt i linje med kraven för Svanenmärkta städtjänster.
Det innebär att vi har tydliga rutiner, kontinuerlig uppföljning och ett systematiskt arbetssätt där varje moment planeras, utförs och kvalitetssäkras. Vi använder effektiva och miljöanpassade arbetsmetoder, minimerar kemikalieanvändning och säkerställer att rätt produkter används på rätt ytor – allt för att skapa ett resultat som är både hållbart och noggrant utfört.
För dig som kund innebär det trygghet. Du kan känna dig säker på att arbetet utförs ansvarsfullt, med respekt för både miljön och bostaden, och med ett resultat som håller hög och jämn kvalitet.
Efter varje avslutat städuppdrag upprättar vi en tydlig kvalitetsdokumentation. Där framgår våra checklistor och exakt vad som har utförts i bostaden – vilket ger full transparens och en trygg bekräftelse på att allt är genomfört enligt överenskommelse.
All vår personal arbetar enligt SFY:s kompetensstandard (Servicebranschens Yrkesnämnd). Det säkerställer hög yrkesskicklighet, korrekt arbetsmetodik och ett professionellt, respektfullt bemötande i varje uppdrag. Vi lägger stor vikt vid att vår personal inte bara är kompetent – utan också lyhörd inför situationen och de människor vi möter.
Vi avslutar alltid uppdraget med en gemensam besiktning eller avsyn tillsammans med dig som kund eller fastighetsvärd.
