När det gäller samlarsyndrom (Hoarding disorder) möter vi ofta människor som bär på känslor av skam och skuld. Genom vårt engagemang för psykisk ohälsa har vi en djup förståelse – både för den som bor eller har bott i hemmet och för anhöriga som påverkas av situationer kopplade till exempelvis samlarsyndrom (hoarding disorder).
Vi möter alla inblandade med respekt, lyhördhet och utan att döma. Varje uppdrag utförs med stor varsamhet och i nära dialog, där människan alltid går före problemet. För oss är det avgörande att skapa trygghet, tillit och värdighet genom hela processen – oavsett omfattning eller situation.
Sanering kan innebära olika typer av insatser beroende på bostadens skick. Det kan handla om tömning och grovrengöring, men också mer avancerade åtgärder såsom röksanering, luktborttagning och hygienåtgärder i bostäder som varit kraftigt nedsmutsade eller påverkade av exempelvis nikotin, fukt, mögel eller långvarig vanvård. Vi arbetar med beprövade metoder, anpassade rengöringsmedel och utrustning för att återställa en hälsosam och trygg boendemiljö.
Vid mer omfattande saneringsåtgärder utförs allt enligt gällande riktlinjer och branschstandard. Vårt arbete sker alltid strukturerat och metodiskt, med fokus på både resultat och respekt för platsen och dess historia.
Som en del av vårt samhällsengagemang avsätter vi en del av vinsten från dessa uppdrag till organisationer som arbetar med psykisk ohälsa, såsom OCD-förbundet och MIND.
Problematiken i Sverige är större än många tror – uppskattningsvis berörs cirka 4–6 procent av befolkningen av samlarsyndrom eller liknande svårigheter, och mörkertalet är stort då många lever i tystnad och skam.
Vi har både erfarenhet och relevant utbildning för att genomföra den praktiska sanering som krävs – på ett professionellt, respektfullt och tryggt sätt. Men vårt uppdrag handlar om mer än att återställa ett hem.
Det handlar om att möta människor där vi får förtroendet att avlasta i en svår situation och bidra till en ny början.
